Designed by Phillip Beyeler, the famous Swiss designer, these surely must be the most beautiful kitchen knives in the world. The blades are constructed from the finest black Zirconia, mirror posished and with the finest ergonamic non-slip handles. Zirconia is harder than any metal and almost as hard as a diamond. They are and will stay sharp, ten times longer than any metal blade. Gloss black with machined cutting edge and a soft touch handle. Each item is boxed and each knife is supplied with a safety sheath to keep the edge and to protect the blade for a lifetime of use.
Please note: Do not bend. Use only on wood or plastic chopping boards and they will stay sharp for a lifetime. Not dishwasher safe
