This is a beautifully produced book with superbly photographed dishes and easy to follow recipes. As promised by the title, and promoted on the dust jacket and item description, this contemporary style was for big city folk. However I was disappointed that as I had bought a tagine online from Everten that most things that might have been cooked in this specifically Moroccan cooking vessel, an ordinary pot or casserole was ued.
