Happy overall, however I feel the report of breakage timeframe is very restrictive, the package is not always opened in the first 24 hours such as with a gift and this makes the purchase disappointing if there is no hope of replacement. I spent hundreds of dollars, plus insurance to give a gift only to have them open it and have a broken item inside due to inadequate packaging which I could not claim. As many of your products are breakable, this restricts what I would be willing to risk to purchase with you in future.

Everten is my first port of call when I'm looking for cookware. The only thing I could suggest is that many internet companies advise customers when orders are shipped. It doesn't particularly worry me that Everten doesn't, but it may be worthwhile considering.

shopping with them was good as always. Might be nice to see a few basic items like tea towels, it seems to be hard to find good absobing ones.

I have been extremely happy with everything I have bought from Everten Online. The goods have arrived within days. My only concern would be if I had a warranty claim, you don't get any paperwork so you haven't got any record of purchase date or where you got the goods from.
