Andre Verdier Oyster Knife

This little oyster knife is really popular amongst restaurant chefs. Its nice thin blade easily slides between the shells creating very little damaged and limiting the amount of grit that gets into the oyster. The black handle has a sensible flared guard that protects fingers and thumb from nasty oyster cuts.

    great price, product works well but is more suited to rock oysters or medium size oysters. For pacific oysters I recommend the longer bladed knife which everten also sell.

    This is one superb knife, especially for smaller oysters straight off the rocks. The narrow, slightly flexible blade with a decent point gets it into the keyhole every time.
