The Clean Cut cutting board system gives you a different coloured mat for each of the six main food bacterial groups: raw red meat (red mat), seafood (blue mat), poultry (yellow mat), cooked meat (brown mat), vegetables (green mat), and dairy (white mat); Mats are made from polyethylene (PE), for maximum hygiene and knife edge protection; Solid PP base holds each mat securely, and provides a firm resilient base for comfortable cutting.
