These modern and stylish lids are light and very safe to use. Lids are oven-proof to 260 degrees Celsius. They are made from two layers of thin safety glass laminated to an indestructible clear core. A steam release hole in each lid ensures you can see your food cooking and prevents steam bubbling from the rim. Lids are finished with a stainless steel rim for a light but perfect fit on the pan.
