Author: Calaf So far so good - very good in fact. But other top range non-stick pans haven't lasted for me so time will tell. I think I have learnt that the key is not to overheat - a little strange when one wants to sear a fish fillet for 2 minutes to a golden crisp, but nevertheless the Scanpan CTX mostly manages to do so without the need for extreme heat. So, after a coup,e of months, the pan is is great and very non-stick...but...I'll have to reveiew again in a couple of years.

Author: Todd Lewis Excellent build quality. Exactly as expected non stick surface is really good and pan is built with a very solid feel. Maybe a little heavy if your not used to steel frypans but seems almost impossible to break. Time will tell if it lasts but so far top product would buy more.

Author: Matt Lyle Value for money that can't be beaten. So far so good and i give pans a fairly tough time. Even and fast heat distribution, even on low settings. Very well constructed and non stick surface is just that. Bought the 20cm pan a week later and am about to by a saute pan. Highly recommended.
