Sabatier is a name steeped in history and tradition of knife making in France. In use well before the instigation of patents and trade mark registration there are many "brands" of Sabatier. Lion Sabatier is one of the oldest of these brands being the first registered 1812. Made in Thiers, France, Lion Sabatier follows all the traditions that make French knives one of the most respected in the world.
