The first global knives were designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada whose remit was to develop a range of knives which was truely new and revolutionary, harnessing the best materials available and the most modern design concepts.

Global knives are made from the finest Cromova 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58° which holds a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. Like the Samurai swords before them each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food and dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.

Have You Changed Your Mind?

Maybe you've received a product from us and it isn't damaged, but you've changed your mind and don't wish to keep it. If that's the case, simply send it back to us unused, in its original packaging and within 30 days. In these instances, the customer will bear the expense of returning the items to us. Once items are received and inspected, an exchange or refund may be granted.
Simply follow these 3 steps:

Step 1:
Contact Everten to Request a Return and discuss your return options.

We have a flat rate pre-paid $15.95 return option available to you with Australia Post.

Step 2:
Package unused items in original packaging, be sure to include the following information:
-The order number
- The reason for the return
- Your day time phone number
- Address : Everten Returns

Step 3:
Visit your nearest Australia Post outlet to send the parcel. If you purchased the pre-paid postage label from us remember to stick this on the box before handing over to Australia Post. When you hand over the parcel with this pre-paid label you will have nothing further to pay.
Once received you will be contacted in regards to your request. A staff member will be required to contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process the refund by either reimbursing your credit card, paypal account, or transfer money into your bank account.

All products sold by Everten come with full product warranties. If you believe an item to be faulty please contact Customer Service immediately by emailing enquiries@evertengroup.com.au or calling 1300 394 833 to arrange an assessment. Everten has a dedicated Claims Manager to assist you.
