Returns and exchanges

When you shop at Everten, we want you to be excited about your purchases! But hey, we get it, sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not totally in love with what you bought, no worries! You can return it within 30 days, and we'll sort you out with an exchange, refund, or repair. Check out the guidelines below for all the details.

Change of mind returns

It’s ok if you’ve changed your mind, or you accidentally made the wrong choice, we’ve got you! We will exchange or refund any undamaged item, so long as you return it within 30 days of purchase. It must be returned in its original condition, including its packaging, and be suitable for resale.

Who covers the cost of a change of mind return?

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your purchase, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping to send it back to Everten. However, to ease the pain, we offer a fixed rate shipping charge of $15 on these returns.

Returning a faulty or damaged product

If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, we're here to fix it in a flash! Just drop a line to our customer service team at with your order number, item description, and a photo or video of the item, and we'll take care of the rest.

Warranty claims

All items on our website come with the relevant Australian warranty, and we're dedicated to making sure your warranty claims go through without a hitch. We'll utilise our strong supplier relationships to ensure your claim is handled quickly and smoothly.

How to make a return

First things first, for any returns, refunds, or exchanges, you’ll need to provide a ‘proof of purchase’ document such as your original purchase receipt, which would have been sent to your nominated email address at the time of purchase.

Once you’ve got these details, follow these steps to make your return:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team on
to discuss your return options. They will authorise the return for you and provide you with a Return Authorisation number.

Step 2: Change of mind returns should be packed into their original packaging before returning. Faulty or damaged products and warranty claims don’t need to be packed in their original packaging, but we ask that you make sure they are packed securely to prevent further damage in transit. Make sure you also include your Return Authorisation number inside the parcel before sending.

Step 3: Visit your nearest Australia Post outlet to send your return. Once we’ve received it, we’ll get in touch.

Any refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
